Any sidewalk constructed or repaired shall comply with the specifications of the Code Official. All sidewalks shall be of uniform grade with streets or alleys, and shall rise from the curb at an angle of one-fourth inch in every foot in width thereof. All concrete walks shall have a minimum thickness of three inches and of such width as may be specified by the Code Official, 3 feet to 5 feet. If the property owner lives on a corner lot, the sidewalk at the corner leading out to the street shall be made handicap accessible and slope gradually to the street.
