783.04 RESTRICTIONS ON THE SALE.
   No sale of non-intoxicating beer or intoxicating liquor shall be made to the following persons within this Municipality.
(1978 Code Sec. 3-4)
   (a)   A person less than twenty-one years of age.
      (Ord. 2005-4. Passed 6-6-05.)
   (b)   A person addicted to alcoholic beverages.
   (c)   A person who is addicted to the use of narcotic drugs.
   (d)   A person declared mentally incompetent by a court of legal jurisdiction.
