779.03 DUTIES OF LICENSEES.

To apply for and pay the license fee in the office of the Recorder of the City on or before June 30, for the ensuing fiscal year, whereupon a license shall be issued by the Recorder. Such license shall be on such form or forms as prescribed by the Recorder.
