There is hereby levied and shall be collected a charge against residential users of Municipal Services, commercial and industrial establishments which use Municipal Services situated within the Municipality for essential Municipal Services, including police protection, street lighting, and street maintenance. The charge for such service shall be as follows:

CLASS I - COMMERCIAL School, banks, bars, taverns, lounges, lodges, fraternal organizations, financial institutions and savings and loans | $45.00 |
CLASS II - COMMERCIAL Department stores, grocery stores, markets and service stations | $35.00 |
CLASS III - COMMERCIAL All other businesses and institutions including but not limited to barbers, hair stylists, cosmetologists, physicians, insurance agents, funeral establishments, commercial storage facilities, day care facilities. | $21.00 |
RESIDENTIAL RATE | |
Charge for such services shall be for a residence, such as dwelling, mobile home, double wide, modular, etc., whether occupied or not. This is a flat rate per month for all customers of the Municipality who reside in the City limits and there will be no exceptions. If the establishment is or was considered to be a residence a charge of $15.00 per month will apply. | $15.00 |
