755.11 FORTUNE TELLING.

The annual license to act as a fortune teller, palmist, phrenologist, spiritualist, medium, clairvoyant, mind reader, or any other person who performs the art or profession of telling the past or forecasting the future shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00). Persons who perform such art or profession on a nonprofit basis shall be exempt from the above license.
