(a) The license fees for circuses and other public shows shall be as follows:
(1) For each railroad car used to transport property or equipment the fee shall be four dollars ($4.00) per day for each day a performance is given.
(2) For each truck used to transport property or equipment the fee shall be five dollars ($5.00) per day for a performance is given.
(b) The license fees for carnivals shall be as follows:
(1) For each performance, exhibit or entertainment the fee shall be five dollars ($5.00) per week.
(2) For riding devices the fee shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per week.
(3) For concessions selling services, goods, wares, merchandise, and food the fee shall be five dollars ($5.00) per week for concession.
(4) For games of skill the fee shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per week per concession.
(5) For candy or merchandise wheels the fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day.
(c) This section shall not apply when the circus, carnival or public show is sponsored by a Paden City non-profit organization.
