The annual license fee to keep or maintain a bowling lane, a billiard, pool, or bagatelle table, or a table of like kind, for public use, where any charge is made for the use thereof, shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00), but, if more than one such lanes or tables is kept or maintained in the same building by the same person, the fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first one and fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each additional one.
