751.16 PROSECUTION FOR VIOLATIONS; INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.

If any person becomes subject to the penalties provided for under sections of this article he shall be subject to immediate prosecution in the Municipal Court. In addition, the City Attorney may, in the name of the Municipality, seek injunctive relief as may be appropriate in any court of competent jurisdiction.
