509.03 BREACH OF PEACE.

No person shall conduct himself in a noisy, boisterous, belligerent, violent or tumultuous manner, which causes disturbance to the peace and quiet of others. No person shall knowingly permit such conduct upon any premises owned or possessed by him or under his control.
