507.05 IMPOUNDING; FEES; DISPOSAL.
   (a)   Violators of this chapter shall be liable for a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) boarding fee for any dog or cat taken into possession.

   (b)   Animals taken into possession shall be turned over to the County as soon as practicable.
