For the purpose of this Code Section, the term “all-terrain vehicle” as used herein shall be as defined in Section 17F-1-9 of the West Virginia Code and include all-terrain vehicles, rough- utility vehicles, rough-terrain vehicles, utility-terrain vehicles and golf carts.
