(a) No person shall park any truck, van, motor home, camper, semi-tractor or trailer, boat trailer, utility trailer or any other tandem vehicle on any street, open alley, or closed alley of the City except for the purpose of loading or unloading, and only for the period of time which is spent in the actual loading or unloading of such vehicle. Provided, however, that Council may by the adoption of an appropriate rule or regulation, designate locations and hours for the on-street or on-alley parking of such vehicles.
(b) “Truck” and “van”, as used in this section, shall not include those vehicles designated as three-fourths ton or less.
