305.13 ONE WAY STREETS.
   (a)   All motor vehicles shall proceed in a southerly direction on First Avenue between Main and Park Streets. (A.O.)
   (b)   W. Pollock Street from S. Fourth Avenue to S. Third Avenue Traveling west shall be a one-way street. All motor vehicles shall proceed west from S. Fourth Avenue on W. Pollock to S. Third Avenue. No motor vehicle shall exit W. Pollock Street onto S. Fourth Avenue, Paden City, WV.
