171.08 CONTEMPT.
   No individual shall disrupt or hinder the proceedings of the Municipal Court through misbehavior in the presence of the court so near as to disrupt the administration of justice, threats of violence to a judge, officer of the court, jurors, witnesses or parties going to, attending, or returning from the court; the disobedience or resistance to an order of the court; or the utterance of indecorous and profane language. The court may punish contemptuous persons by imposing a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) and/or imprisoning such persons for not more than ten days.
