(a) There is hereby established a Municipal Court.
(b) There is hereby established the office of Municipal Judge. The Municipal Judge shall be appointed by Council at the first regular meeting of Council each year or as soon thereafter as possible and shall hold office for a period of one year unless sooner removed for cause.
(c) The Municipal Judge shall be responsible to Council.
(d) Council shall establish a monthly salary to be paid to the Municipal Judge.
