153.06 AUTHORITY TO BE A PUBLIC CORPORATION.

The Paden City Development Authority and the member thereof shall constitute and be a public corporation under the name of the Paden City Development, and such, shall have perpetual succession, may contract and be contracted with, sue and be sued, plead and be pleaded, and have and use a common seal.
