At least two thirds of the members of the authority shall be residents of the City of Paden City and qualified to vote in municipal elections. The remaining one-third of the members may be owner/ managers of businesses located in Paden City. Any individual that is actively involved in community activities such as civic organizations, but reside outside the City limits, may be considered. (Ord. 2014-1. Passed 3-3-14.)
