145.04 ELECTION OF OFFICERS.

At its first regular meeting in each year, the Planning Commission shall elect from its members a president and vice-president. The vice-president shall assume the powers and responsibilities of the. president during his absence or disability. (1978 Code Sec. 10-4.)
