143.04 POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Sanitary Board shall have the control over and supervision of the construction, acquisition, improvement, equipment, custody, operation and maintenance of a sewage collection system for Paden City; and in addition thereto, such Board shall be vested with and shall exercise all of the rights and perform all of the duties conferred upon it by the laws of the State.
