The Municipality may contribute to its volunteer Fire Department by providing the fire house, fire equipment and other necessities needed to run the company. The Municipality may request an annual report from its volunteer Fire Department prior to budgeting or contributing to its funds. The annual report shall include the revenue collected, expenditures, assets, liabilities and financial condition of the funds of its volunteer Fire Department. Upon dissolution of the Fire Department, such equipment and property shall return to the control of the Municipality.
