(a) Every member of the volunteer Fire Department shall, upon any alarm, attend and try to extinguish any fire within the Municipality.
(b) Besides meetings that the Fire Chief may call, two meetings shall be held bi-annually in April and October for the purpose of checking all equipment. Within one month of the April inspection the Fire Chief shall make a report to the Council concerning the condition of the equipment and men attending.
