141.01 VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY ESTABLISHED.

To better protect the lives and property of its citizens, Council hereby ordains that only one fire company shall be recognized as the official Municipal Fire Department. The volunteer fire cqmpany currently organized and in existence at the time of adoption of this section is hereby designated as the official Fire Department of the Municipality.
