(a) The City is divided into three wards with the boundaries of such wards to be as follows:
(1) First Ward: South corporate line north to the Tyler-Wetzel County line.
(2) Second Ward: Tyler-Wetzel County line north to and including the south side of Main Street from the East side of Third Avenue to the south side of Church Street in a line to the East corporate line.
(3) Third Ward: North of Main Street from the west side of Third Avenue to corporation line and north side of Church Street to corporation line.
