(a) There is hereby established a stormwater utility fee to fund the operations of the Paden City stormwater utility. The monthly stormwater utility fee shall be established for the maintenance of stormwater sewer drains. The charges for such maintenance shall be two dollars ($2.00) for each residential dwelling and five dollars ($5.00) for each commercial or industrial establishment.
(b) The initial stormwater utility fee shall be effective September 01, 2024.
(c) The Common Council of Paden City may, from time to time, by ordinance change this fee. (Passed 8-5-24.)
