103.12 TIME OF ELECTION.
   (a)    General elections shall be held in this Municipality on the first Thursday in June each year.
   (b)    Special elections shall be held on the days provided by law therefor.
   (c)    At every general or special election the polls shall be opened at each precinct on the day of such election at 6:30 a.m. and be closed at 7:30 p.m.
