Upon adoption of this ordinance (Article 785) by City Council, the City recorder, shall forthwith send to the tax commissioner a certified copy of this ordinance, the rate and the boundary database required by Section 785.10 of this article, along with a description of the boundaries of the City, and such other information as the Tax Commissioner may need to administer, collect and enforce the taxes imposed by this Article.
