785.15 DEPOSIT OF TAXES COLLECTED IN GENERAL REVENUE FUND.

When the City recorder receives periodic distributions of municipal sales and use taxes from the State Treasurer, the City recorder shall promptly deposit the amount received in the general revenue fund or account of the City.
