(a) No person shall keep or harbor any cow, calf, horse, colt, mule, pony, goat, sheep, hog, swine or any other wild or domestic animal within the City. However nothing herein contained shall be construed to mean or include dogs and cats.
(b) No person shall keep or harbor any chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys or pigeons within the City.
(c) Nothing contained in this section shall be construed to apply to parrots, parakeets or other caged song birds.
