SEC. 16-410A. PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this Division 7A is to meet the requirements set forth in Cal. Gov’t Code, Section 65915 et seq. (known as the State Density Bonus Law). If any provision of this Division 7A conflicts with State law, or provides more rights than are legally required by State law, the minimum requirements of State law shall control.
