Editor’s note:
   The original section 16-143 was repealed by Ord. No. 2864, adopted April 23, 2013. That section related to prohibited use and was derived from Ord. Code § 34-86, and Ord. No. 442 and 1959.
    A new section 16-143 related to the prohibition of cannabis uses in the C-2 general commercial zone was created by Ord. No. 2929, adopted November 14, 2017. That new section 16-143 was repealed by Ord. No. 2972, adopted December 17, 2019.
