No rear yard setback shall be required of commercial structures of 16 feet in height or less, provided that there shall be no penetrations in the wall located on the zero property line. For buildings over 16 feet in height, a 15-foot rear yard setback shall be required. Buildings on properties which abut a public alley shall provide a ten-foot rear year setback.
