SEC. 16-107. RELATED USES.

   The following uses are permitted only on approval of a special use permit as provided in sections 16-530 through 16-553:

   (A)   Adult day care facilities and child care centers serving no more than 15 persons;

   (B)   Hospitals and convalescent hospitals;

   (C)   Hotels and motor hotels;

   (D)   Churches;

   (E)   Resort-vacation timeshares; provided that such timeshare uses shall be subject to R-3 zone development standards contained in sections 16-58 through 16-63;

   (F)   Mortuaries;

   (G)   Pharmacies engaged primarily in selling pharmaceuticals and medical supplies;

   (H)   Private clubs, fraternities, sororities and lodges, except those the chief activity of which is a service customarily carried on as a business;

   (I)   Office condominiums as provided in section 16-395;

   (J)   Adult day care facility and child care centers serving no more than 15 persons; and

   (K)   Residential care facility.

   (L)   Senior and/or senior assisted living residential facility.
