A six-foot high solid masonry or brick wall shall be constructed along all boundaries abutting other properties. Adjacent to any public street there shall be a ten-foot wide buffer zone located back of the property line in front of the above required wall. The buffer zone shall be located adjacent to the exterior boundaries, between the property line and the required perimeter wall. The buffer zone shall be landscaped as provided in section 16-94.
