SEC. 16-71. USES PERMITTED.

   Only the following uses are permitted in the R-4 High Rise Residential Zone:

   (A)   Uses permitted in the R-3 garden apartment zone;

   (B)   High rise or high density apartments;

   (C)   Accessory buildings including other uses customarily incidental to a permitted use;

   (D)   Off-street parking;

   (E)   Grounds, landscaping, flower and vegetable gardens and fruit trees not grown expressly for profit;

   (F)   Signs, as permitted in article IX of this chapter; and

   (G)   Storage incidental to permitted uses provided such storage is contained within an accessory building.
