Only the following uses are permitted in the R-3 Garden Apartment Zone:
   (A)   Accessory buildings including other uses customarily incidental to a permitted use;
   (B)   Grounds, private greenhouses and horticultural collections, flower and vegetable gardens and fruit trees not grown expressly for profit;
   (C)   Multiple-family dwellings and garden apartments;
   (D)   Off-street parking;
   (E)   Public parking on R-3 lots adjacent to or across the alley from C-2 lots;
   (F)   Signs, as permitted in article IX of this chapter;
   (G)   Storage incidental to permitted uses provided such storage is contained within an accessory building;
   (H)   Transitional housing; and
   (I)   Uses permitted in the R-2 multiple-family zone.
