SEC. 16-42. RELATED USES.

   The following uses are permitted only on approval of a special use permit as provided in sections 16-530 through 16-553:

   (A)   Adult day care facilities serving no more than 15 adults;

   (B)   Child care centers serving no more than 15 children;

   (C)   Condominiums as provided in section 16-395;

   (D)   Congregate living health facilities of more than 15 beds;

   (E)   Convents serving no more than 15 persons;

   (F)   Emergency shelters for families;

   (G)   Private or parochial schools, except those of a correctional nature or those intended for the mentally retarded or insane;

   (H)   Public or private parks and playgrounds;

   (I)   Public schools, elementary, junior high, high school, colleges;

   (J)   Residential care facilities for the elderly serving no more than 15 persons;

   (K)   Residential stock cooperatives and community apartments as provided in section 16-395; and

   (L)   Those related uses listed in the R-1 zone.

   (M)   Senior and/or senior assisted living residential facility.
