SEC. 16-22. RELATED USES.

   The following uses are permitted only on approval of a special use permit as provided in sections 16-530 to 16-553:

   (A)   Churches;

   (B)   Swim clubs, tennis clubs, golf courses and similar uses incidental to a residential tract or development;

   (C)   Public utility structures; and

   (D)   Townhouse condominiums as provided in section 16-395; and

   (E)   Congregate living health facilities of seven to 15 beds.
