A. Fines Imposed: All violators of this chapter shall receive a ten dollar ($10.00) fine, except for violations for parking in designated snow routes. The fine for violation of the snow route provisions is twenty five dollars ($25.00) for each violation.
B. Fines Assessed To Vehicle Owner; Notice: All fines are assessed to the owner of the vehicle. Notice of violations made by law enforcement officers must be left with the vehicle in a manner clearly visible to the driver.
C. Time Limit For Payment; Increase Of Amount: A parking violation, other than a snow route violation, will increase to twenty dollars ($20.00) if not paid within thirty (30) days of the date of the violation. (Ord. 2009-01, 3-10-2009)
