A. Discharge Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any gun, pistol, or other firearm, or any air rifle, slingshot, bow and arrows, toy pistol, toy gun, or toy arms loaded with leaden or other dangerous missiles, at any time within the city limits.
B. Exception: The provisions of subsection A of this section shall not apply to any peace officer in the execution of his duties as such officer. (Ord. 21, 9-1-1970)
