4-4-5: OFFENSIVE SMOKE, ODORS AND NUISANCES:

No bonfire or outdoor rubbish fire shall be kindled or maintained which causes or creates a dense smoke or odor. No fire shall be kindled or maintained which constitutes a nuisance either under state law or under city ordinance. (Ord. 1988-83, 12-14-1988)
