4-3-6: COLLECTION FOR RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS:
The city shall collect all residential refuse resulting from the operation and maintenance of a dwelling when each dwelling or dwelling unit is located on its own lot with frontage on a public street. (Ord. 1990-86, 6-13-1990)
