Solid waste containers shall be placed for collection at a place approved by the hauler and city council, but not before three o'clock (3:00) P.M. on the day before the regularly scheduled collection day. Waste collection by the hauler shall not be less than one time per week. Refuse containers must be physically separated from yard waste containers a distance of not less than ten feet (10') as measured along the curb, in order to enable the solid waste collector to easily identify differing contents as well as differing containers.
