3-3-5: HOURS OF OPERATION:

It shall be unlawful to keep open, or operate a dance between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. within the city limits. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 16, 7-21-1970; amd. 2015 Code)
