3-3-2: LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE:
It shall be unlawful to use, or permit to be used, any public dance hall for a public dance without first securing a license for the use of the same. A fee for the issuance of the license shall be as set by resolution of the city council, and shall be paid at the time that the mayor issues the license. (Ord. 16, 7-21-1970; amd. 2015 Code)
