A. Hindering Firefighters: It shall be unlawful to hinder any officer or firefighter in the performance of his duty at a fire, going to or returning from the same, or while attending to his duties as a member of the fire department.
B. Use Of Fire Equipment: It shall be unlawful to take or use any fire apparatus, tools or equipment for private use.
C. Injury To Property: It shall be unlawful to cut, injure, deface, or destroy, any wires, poles, signal boxes, fixtures, or other apparatus connected with the fire department, belonging to the city. (Ord. 12, 2-8-1927; amd. 2015 Code)
