A. Single-family dwellings must have minimum dimensions of not less than twenty two feet (22') in width on the front and one side. The dimensions will be measured along the foundation line of the dwelling.
B. There must be a continuous or complete permanent perimeter foundation of the main body, or the dwelling must have a slab style foundation with a minimum of forty two inch (42") frost footings.
C. The main structure must be permanently affixed to the foundation.
D. The dwelling unit must provide for a minimum of nine hundred (900) square feet of floor space.
E. The house number must be visible from the street upon which the mailing address is assigned. (Ord. 2008-02, 12-9-2008)
