All radio station, television, or other communication towers shall be subject to the following minimum regulations:
A. Compliance With City Codes: All towers shall comply with all applicable city codes.
B. Setback Requirements:
1. The setbacks for all towers shall comply with all applicable zoning title district regulations for the district in which the tower is located.
2. The zoning board of adjustment may impose additional setback requirements in conjunction with the approval of a special exception permit.
C. Location: Any tower in excess of one hundred twenty five feet (125') in height shall not be located closer than two hundred feet (200') from an existing, inhabited residential structure regardless of the district in which the structure is located. (Ord. 1994-92, 6-14-1994, eff. 6-14-1994)
