10-14-8: HANDICAPPED CAR PARKING:
Where handicapped parking spaces are required by state law, a minimum of two percent (2%) of the vehicle capacity of the off street parking area shall be so designated by the proper signs and insignia. (Ord. 1994-92, 6-14-1994, eff. 6-14-1994)
