10-14-2: ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES:
   A.   Time Limitation: No accessory building or structure shall be erected more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the time of completion of the construction or establishment of the principal structure or use to which it is accessory.
   B.   Height; Location: Accessory buildings and structures shall be limited to fifteen feet (15') in height, and shall be in distance at least five feet (5') from any main building or property line.
   C.   Yard Occupancy: No accessory building or structure shall be erected in any yard other than rear year and it shall occupy less than thirty percent (30%) of the required rear yard, except for a private garage, which may occupy up to sixty percent (60%) of the required rear yard.
   D.   Private Garages: Private garages must meet minimum principal structure front and side yard requirements.
   E.   Number Limitation In Residential Districts: Only one accessory building, in addition to a private garage, is permitted per residence in residential districts. (Ord. 1995-95, 5-9-1995)
