1-8-2: CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS:
The company shall adopt a constitution and bylaws as they may deem best calculated to accomplish the object hereby contemplated and such constitution and bylaws and any changes or amendments to such constitution and bylaws, before being effective, must be approved by the city council.
